4. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of perfumes, returns or exchanges are not accepted once a product has been opened or used.

Returns or refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

• Damaged product received

• Defective product

• Incorrect product delivered

Eligibility Criteria:

• Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

• Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

• Clear images or videos must be shared for verification

Once approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
